The Blueberry Hill Hotel newsletter competition is organized by Blueberry Hill Hotel. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility:
a. The Blueberry Hill Hotel Newsletter Sign-Up Competition (hereinafter referred to as “the Competition”) is open to all individuals who sign up for the Blueberry Hill Hotel newsletter during the competition period.
b. Employees of Blueberry Hill Hotel and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
How to Enter:
a. To enter the Competition, participants must sign up for the Blueberry Hill Hotel newsletter via the official sign-up form available on the Blueberry Hill Hotel website during the competition period.
Winner Selection:
a. The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by Blueberry Hill Hotel within seven (7) days after the competition period ends.
b. The selected winner will be notified via email within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
c. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner may be selected at Blueberry Hill Hotel’s discretion.
Prize:
a. One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
b. The winner will receive a prize package worth R10,000, which includes:
- A two-night stay at Blueberry Hill Hotel for two people, inclusive of breakfast.
- Rooftop sundowners experience for two.
- Date plate platter for two at Blueberry Hill Hotel.
- One-hour couples therapy session at the Blueberry Spa.
Rights and Permissions:
a. By entering the Competition, participants grant the Organizer and Blueberry Hill Hotel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the submitted sunset pictures for promotional and marketing purposes.
b. Participants affirm that they are the sole owner of the copyright and all intellectual property rights in their submitted sunset pictures.
Publicity:
a. By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Blueberry Hill Hotel to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Disqualification:
a. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, or engages in any form of fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of Liability:
a. The Organizer and Blueberry Hill Hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Competition or the use of the prize.
Modification or Termination:
a. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes or updates will be communicated via the official social media account(s) of Blueberry Hill Hotel.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
